  1st class service and very knowledgable service from AJ. My issue was identified and resolved quickly and affordably, getting me up and running again in the same day. Advice on older laptops was openly offered giving me a clear understanding of the cons of trying to get these older machines functioning well again versus upgrading. He was so honest and helped us understand what was wrong about our pc. I was ready to chuck it as I was scared it's gonna cost me so much but he helped us understand the issue and saved us money.
