1st class service and very knowledgable service from AJ. My issue was identified and resolved quickly and affordably, getting me up and running again in the same day. Advice on older laptops was openly offered giving me a clear understanding of the cons of trying to get these older machines functioning well again versus upgrading. Long term customer satisfaction is really important to these guys. They know their customers too, I was recognised after having visited the store 4 years prior!
